|
It is reported that it is impossible for CR sheet price to stop to rise again in a short term. However, the price will go down with slight margin and tend to be stable. The market source said that CR sheet price kept sliding during recent period and there were no signs showing that the price would rise again. Besides, market sentiment is also weak. As per report CR sheet price slashed by some CNY 200 per tonnes on average. 0.8 millimeter DC01 CR sheet made by Benxi Steel was quoted at some CNY 3800 per tonnes, 1.0 millimeter, at CNY 3680 per tonnes; 1.2 millimeter, at CNY 3680 per tonnes; 1.5 millimeter, at CNY 3680 per tonnes, down CNY 200 per tonnes. At weekend, the quotation for 1.0 millimeter CR sheet stood at some CNY 4000 per tonnes and the quotation for the product made by Shougang and Ma'anshan Steel stood at some CNY 3670 per tonnes to CNY 3700 per tonnes. The same situation is also seen in other regions. CR sheet price fell by CNY 150 per tonnes to CNY 200 per tonnes in Hangzhou and Jinan; by over CNY 100 per tonnes in North China. A little business was made. Dealers forecasted that the future price would continue to go down and were reluctant to stockpile too many products. Insiders analyzed that the main reason for the price decline was the oversupplied market resources. Steel makers' stocks still remain high. In order to consume stocks, steel makers rush to sell products with cut prices. In East China, 1.0 millimeter CR sheet only stayed at some CNY 3750 per tonnes to CNY 3950 per tonnes, down CNY 150 per tones to CNY 300 per tonnes. | ||
