Vietnam’s dealing price for China's hot rolled sheets come to unbelievably USD 870 per tonne on CNF basis, which has gone far beyond Chinese insiders’ imagination. China’s first class steel mills set their export price at USD 1,050 per tonne CNF, much higher than that dealing price. It is therefore estimated that such low price is presumably resulted by some brokers’ hasty sales to collect cash. Some insiders believe that USD 870 per tonne for hot rolled sheets are definitely too low and such dealing price could be an individual case.
